I hear?
CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness. It is a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands quite logically lends itself well to all sports. In sum, CrossFit specialty is not specializing. This is the fastest growing sport in the US!

The world Games are on in Los Angeles 13 - 15 July 2012 and Shannons Imports is supporting one of the 3 Australian teams in this world event. The team is CrossFit Townsville, Tropic Thunder. The members are 3 men and 3 women and it is the first time that they have been selcted to compete in this event, the World Games!

The World Games will be televised on ESPN 3 so you can view the games on Foxtel from am 13th July through to end of day 15th July, Mind you,we are ahead time wise to the US, hence the team games begin on Friday 13th at 9.00 am in Los Angeles, California and Melbourne time that will be 2.00am on 14th July.

We wish the Tropic Thunder team all the best!....
